2. Data we process

• Server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp, requested URL. Retained 14 days for operational security.
• Consent cookie: your cookie preferences, stored as a first-party cookie (inite_consent) for 12 months.
• Locale preference: stored in localStorage on your device so return visits honour your language choice.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymous, cookieless visit data via Plausible. Not linked to any identifier.
• Bookings: when you use the Microsoft Bookings scheduler, your name, email, and chosen slot are processed by Microsoft on inite's behalf.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Operating the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Recording your cookie consent: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation under ePrivacy/TTDSG).
• Analytics (cookieless): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding traffic patterns).
• Scheduling (Bookings): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).

4. Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (US)

Hosting (Cloudflare Pages), content delivery network, build pipeline. Under SCCs and a DPA.

Microsoft Corporation

Microsoft Bookings scheduler. EU tenancy with US failover. Under SCCs and the Microsoft Products and Services DPA. Cookies are set by Microsoft only when you open the scheduler and grant the "Marketing" consent category.

Plausible Analytics

Web analytics. EU-hosted. Cookieless configuration, no personal identifiers.

5. International transfers

Work product and client data stay within Swiss and EU jurisdictions by default. The hosting (Cloudflare) and scheduling (Microsoft) providers are US-headquartered; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

• Server logs: 14 days.
• Consent cookie: 12 months, or until you revoke via Cookie settings.
• Analytics: aggregate data, no personal identifiers.
• Bookings: per Microsoft's retention policy in the inite tenant.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss FADP you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

To exercise any right, email info@inite.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
